This review is only for the hostess who was working Saturday evening 2/16/25. She is older with grey hair and a scowl on her face. We did not have a reservation but walked in about 420pm. She was not going to seat us for that reason until I told her we would be out by 530. She said it needed to be 515 but her tone was very rude. Then she proceeded to go on about it and said I’m going to have to hold you to it like she was doing us a favor. If I could have walked out I would have. I mentioned something to our server and they laughed because this happens all the time with her. I guess she’s not a warm fuzzy. Which leads me to the question why you would have her in a customer experience roll. She should be working behind a desk, by herself and not front facing with customers. Get rid of the sour grape.The food is always great and our server was amazing.

We have eaten here about once a month -- good restaurant, esp the french fries. Last might we were disappointed. Fries soggy and cold. We even ASKED fir fries hot out of the grease! Upscale burger is gound steak. Last night it was served very rare
